Egelric, Part Two: The Half-Tamed Dog

This storyline follows the next four years of Egelric’s life, as he tries to be a father to his little girl and defend her from the fear and hatred that the men are beginning to feel for the elves. Gradually he begins to feel that he himself is a negative influence in her life. His unspoken love for Gunnilda remains in the background all the while.

This storyline ends when Egelric walks out onto the ice alone in the dead of winter.
