Hi Lothere, I'm not sure if you've ever come across this site before. But I found some cool looking lamps and swords here (and some cool looking med windows), so I thought I'd let you know just in case.
The sites called BogSims Institute, and most the of the things I thought you'd like are in each Syera section. I saw mainly buy and build mode stuff you'd like, didn't look to closely at the clothes.

Finally got a chance to look
Submitted by Lothere on Sat, 07/19/2008 - 13:26.Finally got a chance to look at this site...
I must have known about it before, because that window by Syera is one of my favorite medieval windows. I've used the latticed one in the barracks at Nothelm and maybe elsewhere. But I never went poking around the site otherwise, I guess, and I'm glad I did.
I know they're just rocks, but don't they... don't they... look like candy? Nice, lumpy, medieval honey nougaty candy? *sniffle* I think I will set out a bowl or two in Lili's honor, Advent be damned!
This was completely lol
Submitted by Taryn on Thu, 07/24/2008 - 09:37.This was completely lol worthy. I came across another site, I was bored and poking around for new downloads, when I came across one of these 'adult' sims sites. No big deal, but was really made me laugh was that in the most unlikely place, I discovered really cool objects for your story. Well, what looks to me like cool medieval stuff. How weird
Anyway, if you poke around it and skip all the other stuff, in the downloads object sets you can find lots of stuff in different catagories. Not sure if you want me to post that link here though, if you want to look at it. Think you have to be a member though, I didn't see any pay sign anywhere either. So I'm not sure if its free or not. Let me know if you want the link.
Did they have catapults back then?, coz I think I saw one there.
Please do post the link! I
Submitted by Lothere on Thu, 07/24/2008 - 09:42.Please do post the link! I will check it out when I get home from work. I am over 18, and those of my readers who aren't will surely behave themselves and not click.
I suppose they had catapults back then since I think they used them in ancient Roman and/or Greek times already. I don't suppose they didn't have quite the precision or range of the later medieval age catapults, though.
Then again, my "castles" should still be mostly made out of wood, considering my time period...
Heres the link, if you go to
Submitted by Taryn on Thu, 07/24/2008 - 14:43.Heres the link, if you go to the Downloads/object sets and click on the different catagories you'll find some cool stuff. Not sure what else is there though coz I didn't look at much else.

That site was definitely, uh, unique. Actually it was more like a throwback to circa 1995 Web design with awkwardly-rendered suggestive graphics mixed in.
Fortunately I went immediately afterwards to Parsimonious to refresh my eyes and downloads folder.
Parsimonious did you find
Submitted by Devin on Fri, 07/25/2008 - 06:21.Parsimonious did you find some good clothes?
I didn't find any clothes
Submitted by Lothere on Fri, 07/25/2008 - 06:25.I didn't find any clothes there. It doesn't look like they have added any new medieval clothes recently. I do have and use some of their old stuff, though, but it's starting to look rather dated compared to what the community is churning out nowadays.
Lol, sorry if I hurt some

He also has Realistic Eye Bags, if you're interested. I don't know if you have these but they could work for our aging Generation 1 lads and lasses.
Yes! I was pointed at these
Submitted by Lothere on Mon, 08/11/2008 - 05:05.Yes! I was pointed at these a few weeks back, and I downloaded everything 2-B Real. I have a set of three levels of eye bags that appear in Blush, and I am pretty sure they are these... and I use them all the time. They are much better than the old face paint version I had.
And I believe dear Leofric is wearing the light version of the aging masks as we speak. You can just see the little wrinkles around his brow and eyes and faint lines beside his mouth. From so much scowling, no doubt.

Submitted by Taryn on Sun, 03/15/2009 - 04:45.I have this site that I've been going to for some time, and it was only last night that it struck me just how perfect some of the stuff is for your elves. Its mostly decorative objects there that I think you would like, and if you check most of the pages, ie the living room sets, dining sets etc, that you'll see a lot of oriental sort of decorative objects, they're all over.
