Yes! Time spent with Sigi is never wasted!

No, it's better to focus on important storylines to move faster through the weeks.

Submitted by Lothere on Thu, 03/25/2010 - 11:01.For a while I had been planning to have at least 2 Sigi chapters in February / early March (don't remember the exact timeline). These weren't really plot-advancing chapters though... just "fun with Murchad, Sigi, and Company."
Or not-fun, because it is rarely pleasant to live a story-worthy life, but you see what I mean. Not pointless fluff, but still not really helping us forge ahead with the story. Because I am really, really trying to move faster, I took those 2 chapters out for that reason.
However, Sigi is such a popular lady, I wonder whether you wouldn't rather add a couple of extraneous chapters to Feb./March for the purpose of catching up with Sigi, Murchad, Synne, Aed and the twins, and the Fabulous Cúcú.
Eirik will not be a part of these chapters however. He has other things to keep him busy, and a trip to Ireland would be dangerous for him even if the weather was warm and the seas calm. So keep that in mind.

I really want the story to move forward as quickly as possible, but news of not only Sigi, but also Murchad, Synne and their girls.... It's just so tempting.
I guess you couldn't somehow make those chapters story-advancing? I'd really like to have both.

Submitted by maruutsu on Thu, 03/25/2010 - 17:05.As much as I love Sigi and Murchad and the whole crew, I really, really, really want time to move forward. I want babies to be born and kids to grow up and certain people to return, and I'm strongly against anything that slows that down. (Not that I'm entitled to say what you should or shouldn't do with your story. ) I think we can see them once the main storylines have advanced a little, and once their own story needs to be told.
