Creating a Chat account?

I've tried a couple of times to create a chat account, and everytime I do I get the same thing: when I put in e-mail/user name/password, it says "wrong input". I don't even know what this means. 
Am I doing something wrong?

Also there is a "Forgot password" function but on the login screen it was just called "Password" so who would have guessed?
You do have an account, Alicia, (user name "Alicia"), but I can't decrypt your password to tell you what it is.
If your email is valid (it's the same email you have for your forum account) then you can click on the freshly renamed "Forgot password" link on the login page, enter your email address, and it will reset your password and send it to you by email.
If that doesn't work for some reason, I can delete your chat account (or rename the old account) and you can create a new one. There's practically nothing saved in the database for chat user accounts anyway.

Okay, click on "Register".
Type in "Alicia". Type in a password different from your Lothere password.
Repeat the password (case sensitive!).
Use the same Email like you used when registering to Lothere.
