Pronouncing Lothere names

Since I'm jumping in with both feet around here, I figured that I'd go ahead and ask a question that's been on my mind since the beginning:
How are most of these names pronounced?
I've seem some posts here and there about it, but only enough to convince me that I'm definitely doing it wrong. It might be too late now--the bad ways are probably imprinted on my brain--but it never hurts to ask, right?
