Me again. I just enabled editing & deleting comments for users who aren’t logged in, for the same limited-​​time period as regular users. (30 minutes after first posting it, I think.).

Please please tell me if you see “Edit” and “Delete” links for comments you didn’t actually write. And do not be evil and click them! :-D
